Using the iPhone For Conference Calls

iPhones are introduced to us by the Apple Corporation. This type of phone can hold songs just like an iPod, and can also use to have conference calls with your colleagues. All you need to do is turn your iPhone and dial the number of the first person you want to have a call with. While on the call, click the “Add Call” button that can be seen on the phone’s screen. As you do this, the first call will be on hold for a couple of seconds. That holding moment will allow you to speak with the second person on the other line privately before finally emerging into a conference call.

You can also call the other parties by doing the same way. In case that you are in a call conversation and someone’s also trying to call you, you can choose to answer it by clicking the “Answer” button on the screen and selecting the “Merge” option after that. If you want all your calling parties to be merged into a single conference call, you can also do that by selecting “Merge Calls”. After you have clicked that, you can start the call.

In case you decided to drop a call from your conference call but wants to keep the other parties on call, all you have to do is click the “Conference” button and then you can select the person you want to drop the call from and click the red phone symbol beside it. If you are in the middle of the conference call yet you want to say something private to one person, you can select “Conference” button and then click the “Private” button right next to the name of the person you want to talk privately with. To return to the conference call after you talked, you can just click “Merge Call” again. This is how you can make iPhone conference call with the use of an iPhone with ease.
